⬠ Quintile
A particular talent between two planets, rarely mentioned outside specialized circles.
Two planets form a quintile when they are spaced about 72° apart, or a fifth of the circle. It is a rare minor aspect, little discussed even in traditional astrology: traditionally associated with a particular talent, a skill, or a specific creativity, almost a personal signature rather than a general dynamic.
Angle: 72°. Orb used on this site: 1.5°.
Nature: unlike the other nine aspects on this site, the quintile does not have a harmonic/tense/neutral classification in the doctrine used here — neither an oversight on the site's part, nor an invented convention: this omission reflects an absence of traditional consensus.
